To achieve this, we sought regional characteristics and raw materials that tell the story of our terroir. For us, the Adelaide Hills is one of Australia's best wine and fruit growing regions globally, with grapes and apples being the predominant crops.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWhen selecting the raw material, we decided to utilize the waste products of the wine industry, thereby giving them a meaningful second life.
