After some experimentation, olive tree leaves and about one litre of fresh olive oil from Cobram Estate were added to the still. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe oil is not what you would buy in a supermarket. It is made from two Spanish olive varieties - Picual and Hojiblanca - and one Italian variety - Coratina.
