After three decades as a winemaker in large Australian wineries, Colin decided in 1995, at the peak of his career, to establish his own winery to dedicate himself to the small, ultimately fine things.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSuper Premium wines with a distinctive terroir character in strictly limited quantities are the impressive result. While Colin was still responsible for the first vintages, his son Ben now makes the excellent wines. \u003cbr\u003eBen is one of Australia's most talented winemakers, co-founder of Heartland Wines, and former co-owner of Mitolo Wines. The best Shiraz come from the famous Barossa region of Ebenezer and are harvested from 80 to 110-year-old vines.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eYields are homeopathic. The aromatic concentration in the grapes is gigantic.
