Husk Distillers Ink Australian Dry Gin 40 % vol.

Our unique and award-winning floral-infused gin, pot-distilled in small batches using 13 organic, indigenous and exotic botanicals and infused with butterfly pea petals.

These petals, normally used in herbal teas, are pH sensitive and change colour from their natural indigo to pink when mixed with tonic water, lemon or lime juice.
