Rounded aromas of ripe mulberries are supported by a hint of juniper and citrus.
On the palate, it is full and juicy, with initial berry sweetness followed by a persistent herbal and peppery complexity.
Ripe mulberries are so delicate and prone to bruising that we employed a specialized team of Riverland kittens to gently pick these organic fruits with their velvety paws. The sweet and sour juice bombs were steeped in juniper and orange peel and then pressed to extract the best from them.
