The family-run Beenleigh Distillery, based in Queensland, presents one of its finest quality products here, though the distillery's range is sophisticated and award-winning in any case.

One of Australia's most awarded Grand Tawnies, Galway Pipe, has collaborated with one of Australia's most awarded rums.

Rum from the 2012 and 2013 vintages, crafted from the finest Queensland sugar cane molasses, rainwater, proprietary yeast, and copper pot distillation.

The spirit has been matured to a rich complexity in very special casks that previously held Galway Pipe Grand Tawny for over sixty years.

Only four casks. Hand-packed, hand-labeled, and individually numbered.

Aroma: Incredibly sensual, nuanced, and elegant. In its bold aroma and complex flavor, one notices dried fruits, raisins, spices such as nutmeg, and oak. It has a mildly spicy and fruity finish.
