The 2023 Coopers Vintage Ale features Talus, a dual-purpose hop that brings intense citrus, floral and woody notes, as well as grapefruit, stone fruit, oak, coconut and pine on the palate. It is perfect for drinking now, or if cellared, it will evolve and become more complex.
Coopers is famous for this process, which leaves a natural yeast sediment during maturation, giving the beer a cloudy appearance and a better taste.
