An Australian take on an American IPA with a combination of hops from three countries - Galaxy from Australia, Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, and Citra from the United States.
Malt flavors come from a combination of pale, wheat, and crystal malts. The beer is very hop-forward, displaying strong pine and citrus notes with stone fruit and passionfruit character.
The malt structure is wonderfully balanced with the dry hopping, giving this beer a refined balance.
