TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Intense fruit aromas of raisins, dried figs, and plums dominate with a hint of caramel and sherry.
Palate: Incredibly smooth and complex with flavors of bread-and-butter pudding, nutmeg, and sweet, caramelized pastry with drying undertones of oak and leather.
Finish: Smooth and delicately buttery with dried fruits from sherry and port.

Serving suggestion: Neat, on the rocks, or as an Old Fashioned cocktail.
