The finest Bundaberg rum, blended with aged reserve, mellowed by maturation in heavily charred American oak barrels with notes of 13 spices, fruit nectars and citrus peels.

TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Warming aromas of sweet, dried spices, especially cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, coupled with the sweetness of orange marmalade, fresh vanilla pod, and dark caramel.
Palate: Golden syrup, star anise, and an earthy ginger spice leading to toasted notes of raw cocoa.
Finish: Dry and lingering with a tingle of black pepper and liquorice.

Serving suggestion: Neat with ice or mixed with a splash of ginger ale.
