Brewed with lower alcohol content but not lower flavor. This beer lives up to its promise: balanced taste and refreshment.
One of the factors that gives these beers their unique Coopers taste and cloudy appearance is a process called natural conditioning.
To achieve this, a small amount of live yeast is added to this beer shortly before bottling. This triggers a secondary fermentation in the bottle or can, which carbonates the beer and eliminates the need for preservatives and additives.
