Husk Distillers Australian Pure Cane is our signature unaged Agricole. Vibrant, grassy and fresh, this spirit is the perfect introduction to this beautiful and unique style of rum.

Most rum drunk in the Caribbean is unaged or white rum. To truly understand the complexity of Agricole rum, you must start with the spirit in its purest form - unaged.

Seasonal harvest variations are most clearly reflected in unaged Agricoles - our origin and terroir are captured in every bottle. For this reason, you will find the sugarcane variety used and the harvest year on the back of every Pure Cane bottle.

Pure Cane is designed for simple, refreshing mixes. Recommended cocktails include Mojitos, Daiquiris, the traditional Brazilian Caipirinha (pronounced Kai-Pee-Reen-Yas), or the classic Caribbean Ti Punch (TEE Punch). To keep it simple, mix it with soda water and a squeeze of lime.
