Cardamom, liquorice, and pepper, with juniper in the background. Citrus peel and saffron emerge after a few minutes in the glass, followed by a creamy, slightly pine-like juniper note with a hint of white pepper, which has a refreshingly long finish.

Juniper from Macedonia possesses a freshness characteristic of pine. It evokes memories of dense, lush pine forests and provides a forward note in both the London Dry Gin and the Wattleseed Gin.

Coriander seeds possess a woody, forward-facing scent that, when cracked, releases a sweet-peppery note that contrasts with the spicy notes the seeds add to the gin.

Green cardamom seeds have an aroma not unlike juniper: fresh, spicy, and sweet, and easily identifiable as a heart note of London Dry Gin and Wattleseed Gin.
