Taste: Complex and full-bodied on the palate. Starts again with exotic fruits, as well as vanilla and toffee. Then spicier with cinnamon, nutmeg, and oak.

Starward Two Fold is an Australian whisky made from wheat and barley malt and is produced by David Vitale in a distillery specifically built in Melbourne in 2016. Only local raw materials are used in its production.
Starward Two Fold is aged in red wine barrels from the Yarra Valley and Barossa Valley regions. These are minimally pre-treated and filled with the distillate while still slightly wet. This creates a fruity and intense double grain whisky with aromas of mango and orchard fruits, vanilla, and caramel.
The taste again reveals a lot of fruit and spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. Starward Two Fold is bottled undyed and unfiltered at 40.0% vol. According to the manufacturer, Starward Two Fold also works well with tonic.
