TASTING NOTESThis juniper-forward gin is unmistakably modern Australian. The key botanicals - juniper, coriander, and angelica - round out the gin, while selected fine native botanicals such as lemon myrtle, river mint, Tasmanian pepperberry, and sustainably sourced local basil bring vibrant flavour to the spirit. Poppy seeds, cinnamon, and black pepper complete the structure. The top notes of the gin are sweet and subtly floral, while the palate delights with soft citrus and fragrant tones that underpin the herbaceous gin qualities.
